Second session was chaired by Mr. Balram Neupane.  This session began with the recitation of two poems by Mr. Chet Prasad Poudel, member of Chitwan branch. Session was continued with the presentation by different branches on their activities and their achievements throughout the year.  The branches were respectively, Lalitpur, Chitwan, Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Kavre, Kaski, Makwanpur, Morang, Palpa and Gulmi.  President of NHF concluded this session by presenting his opinion on the presented material.

Dr. Prem Raj Baidhya and Dr. Sumanta Banjade chaired the third session together.  This session is continuation of second one in which following branches made their presentation which include Arghakhanchi, Dhanusha, Bara, Solukhumbu, Mugu, Dolkha, Sindhupalchowk, Dhading, Taplejung, Jajarkot, Mahottari.  Likewise, Adhoc committee also had their presentation which include, Nawalparashi, Rautahat, Tanahun, Bajhang and Salyan.  This session concluded by both the chaired person with their opinion on the presentation.

Second day's first session commenced with meditation training conducted by Mrs Pramila Ghimire at 6:15 am which is then followed by yoga practice session jointly held by Ms. Sarita Shakya and Mr. Jaya Bahadur Malla. Good number of NHF members participated in this program.  A rally took place following yoga program.  The rally participants wore red cap and T-shirt.

2nd Session of the day started with the presentation of district branch committee reports. General Secretary of NHF, Dr. Prakash Raj Regmi presented the annual report.  Report of fiscal year 2074/075 was presented by Vice Treasurer of NHF, Mr. Uttam Lal Shrestha. Both the reports were wisely discussed by members of NHF.  During this session the task of appointment of auditor and his remuneration was given to central executive committee fiscal year 2075/076.  Assembly also nominated persons to authenticate minutes of the General Assembly and certificate for branch committee were distributed.  Gifts were exchanged during this session.  At the end, one minute silence was observed in memory of, Late Mr. Bimal Lal Siku Shrestha, Late Ms. Uma Pandey ,Late Ms. Arati Munakarmi and all the late members of NHF during this year.  Finally, the program of second day was ended with concluding note by Mr. Dipendra Purush Dhakal, President of NHF.
